- Interested and eligible bidders are invited to purchase the bidding document starting from November 18, 2019 from Supply Chain Management Department; Procurement Section, New Headquarter Building 14th floor, in front of National Bank of Ethiopia having paid non-refundable fee of Birr 100 deposited in account Number 180020002 at any Dashen Bank branches & Present copy of credit advice ticket during the office hours (Monday to Friday 8:00 AM-12:00 PM, 1:00-5:00 PM and Saturday 8:00 AM-12:00 AM).
- Copy of renewed Trade License, Tax Clearance, VAT Registration Certificate and TIN Certificate are required while submitting the bid document.
- Birr 60,000.00(Sixty Thousand) shall be presented as a bid security in the form of bank guarantee or cashier’s payment order (CPO) at least valid for 90 days upon submission of offer.
- The sealed bid document shall be placed in the box prepared for this purpose on or before December 3, 2019 3:00 PM at the place mentioned under No. 2 above.
- Bid opening shall be held on the presence of bidders or legal representative at the avenue of Dashen Bank, 14th floor Supply Chain Management Department, meeting hall at December 3, 2019 3:30 PM Afternoon.
