NOTICE FOR REQUEST FOR QUOTATION
SUBJECT: REQUEST FOR QUOTATION FOR SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF ICT HARDWARE, SOFTWARE AND ASSOCIATED ACCESSORIES
The Eastern Africa Power Pool (EAPP) has received a grant from International Development Association (IDA GRANT: P163752 – Technical Assistance to EAPP Project, Grant number: D350) and wishes start procurement processes of items identified in the grant. EAPP therefore wishes to float this RFQ for supply and installation of the following items;
Lot 1: Laptops
Lot 2: (a) Servers and Server accessories
(b) UPS for Servers – 5kVA
(c) Backup and Storage Solution for Servers
(d) Networking Accessories (Rack Cabinets, Switches, WiFi Access Points etc.)
(e) Server A/C Units
(f) Software Licenses
Lot 3: 65” LCD TV/Monitors
Lot 4: Printers, Copiers and Scanners
Lot 5: PABX (6 Line/24 Extensions)
Lot 6: 20kVA Generator
The Quotations are being invited for individual lots (purchases) or for any combination of lots (packages). Prices quoted shall correspond to 100 % of the items specified for each lot and to 100% of the quantities specified for each item of a lot. Evaluation and award will be done on lot by lot basis. The full requirements and specifications are provided in the RFQs.
Interested bidders shall submit a copy of the following evidence before collecting the full RFQs at EAPP Headquarters at the address below;
- Trading License for the current fiscal year
- VAT registration Certificate
- TIN Certificate
The RFQs shall be provided at no cost to eligible bidders who satisfies the initial conditions above. Hard and soft copies will be available at the address below and can be collected starting from 11th to 15th November 2019.
