Ethio-China Friendship Ave. opens to business

The Ethio-China Friendship Avenue that stretches from Wello Sefer to Gotera was officially inaugurated on Wednesday December 17, by the Mayor of Addis Ababa City Government Arkebe Iqubai and in the presence of Chinese Foreign Minister Li Zhao Xing. Upgrading the road cost 10 million birr more than the original estimate.
The road, Constructed by China Road and Bridge Corporation (CRBC) has a total length of 2.214 Km and width of 30 meters with three lanes each of which are 3.5 meters wide.
