Rotary Entoto finances heart operation

Eyerusalem is a young Ethiopian girl aged 10. Who had a heart problem, which required surgery. Through the Ethiopian NGO «Lejoch », her case was submitted to the Necker Hospital Foundation, in Paris. When the foundation decided to finance the surgery, Rotary Club Entoto, with the support of a generous sponsor, MOENCO S.C., helped Eyerusalem.

On February 13, 2004, Eyerusalem was successfully operated on and according to the medical team of Necker Hospital, she is recovering very well and should be back in Ethiopia in a few weeks.

Rotary Club Entoto is a French-speaking club, one of the 5 Rotary Clubs of Addis Ababa, with 28 members from 8 different nationalities, including Ethiopian, other African and European nationals.
