BIG PICTURE
Reason for starting business:-It was my childhood desire to invent things some day. My new and improved oven can bake Enjera and bread at the same time. This saves time and energy.
Biggest drawback:- I used to work in government organizations for 11 years, and so I didn't have time to work on my inventions.
Biggest risk:- Some of my employees have tried to duplicate my work, however unsuccessfully.
Smartest move:- I fired those irresponsible employees and re built the company within one week. I try to be flexible, tackle obstacles and provide various options on products for my customers.

Key Goals yet to achieve:- To be an all rounded person and develop my other projects (music arrangement, wood and metal work, garments etc.)
Five year plan:- To make products at national level .
