Reason for starting business:- To protect the environment, keep the city clean, recycle solid waste into useful objects.
Biggest draw back:- Financial constraints and lack of land to start a large project.
Most difficult part of decision:
After I started changing my idea into reality but suddenly, I gave up everything and burnt all the project documents.
Biggest business strength: Being able to see useful raw materials in solid waste and creating new ideas in waste management.
Smartest move:- Doing something which was once thought to be impossible.

Top source of inspiration :- Inventing new things.
Most challenging task:- Management tasks and works that are not technical.

DREAMS
Key goal yet to achieve:- To recycle 85% of the solid waste seen everywhere. And to make cities, especially Addis Ababa, cleaner.
Five year plan:- To develop raw materials out of such solid waste and use them in making furniture
