REASON FOR STARTING BUSINESS
I started this business by setting three things as my targets.
These are to earn a living, to be successful and to be a source
of employment.
BIGGEST WEAKNESS:
Insufficient knowledge of the science of management.
BIGGEST RISK:
Changing the business from fashion design to hand-weaving
and export.
SMARTEST MOVE:
The change I made was the smartest move I have had.
MOST CHALLENGING TASK:
It was challenging for me to get into the export market.

Producing new designs with novel materials.

To open a local market and to expand export lines.
