BIG PICTURE
Reason for starting business: Since childhood, I had a very strong aspiration to engage in construction. Fortunately, I happened to come from a family where the idea and practice of construction was prevalent and that has helped me greatly in acquiring the basics of the profession.
Biggest plus of ownership:- The satisfaction of starting from scratch with a strong will.
Biggest draw-back:- Not enough time to do what I want.
Biggest misconception:- To sit back and expect a windfall.
Biggest business strength:- Always generate new ideas; effective utilization of time, targeting the goal, working and sharing with employees.
Biggest risk:- Undertaking a business; but without risk no one can acquire the fruit of success.
Biggest mistake:- I do not know yet.
Smartest move:- Deciding to be optimist.
Biggest worry:- Nothing at present, but I must tell you about what happened in the summer of 2001, when a dam under construction on the Yabello-Teltele (southern Ethiopia) was destroyed overnight by a flash flood. In that incident, I observed how much Sunshine construction workers worry and care about their work. At that time, what I was concerned about was, ‘what would have happened if workers had been there when the flash flood came.’
DAILY ROUTINE
Most challenging task:- When conditions are not in line with meeting a project deadline.

Biggest frustration:- When I lack for something both mentally and physically. DREAMS
Key goal yet to achieve:- To play a part in the development of our country.
Five year plan:- Building high rise apartment buildings for different income groups and building the five star Sunshine Hotel.
First choice for new career or venture:- To establish a center for HIV orphans and poor children. PERSONALS
