Reason for starting business:-To earn a living.
Most difficult part of decision:- To leave previous employment before retirement age.
Biggest business strength: - Always focus on what I believe is right and most of the time, the outcome is correct.
Biggest risk:- Minimum amount of risk is involved since the materials we use are non toxic.
Smartest move:- Starting my own business.

DAILY ROUTINE
Source of inspiration :- My great grand mother, Alemush Hailu and my former boss Basazenew Gebeyeh, for teaching me how to manage a business.
Favorite task:- Research and development, mostly related to applied science.
Least favorite task:- I used to hate night shift work.
Biggest frustration:-I have no doubt on the quality of the products I have formulated. But whenever I take my products to some factories, either they won’t understand what it is or get envious or become bureancratic. That frustrates me a lot.

DREAMS
Key goal yet to achieve:-To make the factory a reality and start exporting my products.
First move with capital windfall:-
Broaden my horizons and branch out my business so that I can work in other fields.
Five years plan:- To attain export level.
Inducement to sell:- With the products we sell, we believe we are also sharing knowledge.
First choice for new career or
venture:- I want to remain a chemist.
