Reason for starting business:-To develop and promote Ethiopia’s infant fashion industry and as a result export fashion products.
Most difficult part of decision:- Giving up my great career in Los Angeles.
Biggest plus of ownership: Freedom of creativity and having good assistants at work so I may have the ability to represent Ethiopia internationally.
Biggest draw back: Lack of work ethics and commitment among some people.

Biggest business strength: 20 years of industrial experience in the US that allows us to have in house products.
Biggest Weakness: Not having adequate skilled human resource.
Biggest risk:- Starting or introducing a new trend in traditional Ethiopian costumes( Haute Couture) and artistic crafts ( Made of Africa).
Biggest mistake: Not starting direct exports sooner and satisfying local demand.
Smartest move: Preparing for direct export, training staff for new plans.
Biggest worry: Not finding a large enough place.
