BIG PICTURE
Reason for starting business:-TV promotion is expensive and exhibition were not well promoted. The number of people that used to visit exhibition centers was limited. I came up with a project to convince the business community to display their products. Exhibitions give unique opportunities for the buyer/customer to get first hand information about the product and can test its durability. My second reason is to offer job opportunity for others.
Most difficult part of decision: For one year, I had to go door to door to convince the business community to display their products and get in touch with their customers.
Biggest business strength: To be prepared for challenges and consequences I’m bound to encounter.
Biggest risk:-Lack of trained manpower. Most have become qualified on paper but not in the actual tasks.
Most Challenging task: Promoting trade fairs and bazaars.
