REASON FOR STARTING BUSINESS:
Inherited books on traditional plants from my grandparents, and the special history of the Deshet led me to this job.

PLUS OF OWNERSHIP:
Being able to personally treat patients.

BUSINESS STRENGH:
Working in such bio-diversity, I use maps and traditional books which direct me to collect plants for traditional medicines. I have about 1400 indigenous plants in my compound. I also work with famous people.

BIGGEST WEAKNESS:
I have’ t been using all my knowledge asy et

BIGGEST RISK:
The last overflow of Cheleqleq a lake that damaged my collection of traditional medicines valued at 3, 500,000 birr. Flooding is still a risk.

SMARTEST MOVE:
Working with European and American doctors and professors as well as a few Ethiopians.

MOST CHALLENGING TASK:
Changing attitudes torwards traditional medicines

FIVE-YEAR PLAN
Contributing to cover Ethiopia with forests and opening a traditional medicine school. However, there are no regulations in the government educational curriculum allowing for such schools.

Preparing traditional medicines

Not business people but former artistes from the Emperor Haile Selassie Theater.

I have met all those that interested me locally and internationally.
