Last week we saw that individual performance depends on the combination of individual attributes of the worker, work effort of the individual and the support the company gives to the worker to carry out the tasks. The individual performance equation was written as follows:
Performance = Individual attributes x work effort x organizational support

Louise Wiuff Moe, a Finish Scholar at the Finnish Institute of International Affairs in her recent study stated that the preoccupation with state effectiveness, institutional reconstruction and good governance is intimately tied to the perception that stability and development in the developing world is not only beneficial for the countries in these regions, but is also critical to the security of the developed world.
