SUPPLY OF IT EQUIPMENT
‘Eurika’ Yebego Adragot Dirigit is a local Non-Governmental Organization registered with the Ethiopian Agency for Civil Society Organizations (ACSO) under certificate No. 4377. Our social purpose is to pursue any action seeking a sustainable progress of children’s rights & well-being through humanitarian and development projects.
Our organization currently operates in the Amhara & Southern Nations, Nationalities, and Peoples’ (SNNP) regions, being active in the fields of education, nutrition as well as child protection and in various actions aiming to prevent and respond to gender-based violence (GBV), e.g. through delivering comprehensive services to victims.
We hereby invite legally-constituted vendors of IT equipment established in Addis Ababa to submit their bids in order to supply Eurika with the following items:
Bids shall contain: 1/ essential technical specifications (e.g. for computers: model, processor, memory, storage, connectivity ports / interfaces, operating system, any preinstalled / included suite of applications, such as MS Office); 2/ a price quotation for each item, including VAT; 3/ the number of years of warranty (if any), as well as the delivery time and the bid validity; and 4/ the supplier’s renewed trade & business licenses, as well as its VAT and TIN registration certificates. Our evaluation criteria will include a combination of price and quality. We may contact short-listed bidders to inspect a sample of key solicited items before signing the purchase order.
Bids should also be signed by the relevant authority and submitted in PDF format – as our team is based out of Addis Ababa, they shall be sent to: contact@eurika.ngo. The deadline for submission is 15 calendar days after the advertisement date. Please note that Eurika reserves the right to reject all or part of any bid.
