The Automotive Manufacturing Co. of Ethiopia Share Company (A.M.C.E) engaged in the Assembling, Sales and After Sales Service of IVECO vehicles is looking for an experienced and qualified Audit firm with an experience of auditing international manufacturing and merchandising Companies that could Audit the accounts of the year 2023 and the coming years.

Interested applicants shall meet the following requirements:

1. Provide a valid business license, minimum Grade A audit license, TIN, and VAT certificate.

2. Have a minimum of 10 years of national experience in auditing high-level manufacturing and/or merchandising companies.

3. Be able to submit a list of certified accountants, accompanied by valid documents, who will be involved in the auditing activity.

4. Provide at least 3 recommendation letters from manufacturing and/or merchandising companies regarding their past audit performance.

5. Submit two wax-sealed envelopes containing separate technical and financial offers. The financial offer should include payment terms and will be opened after the technical bids are reviewed.

6. Deposit a bid bond of Birr 50,000.00 in the form of a CPO addressed to “AMCE.”
