The International Rescue Committee (IRC) is an international non-governmental organization working in Ethiopia to provide multi-sector refugee and rural community assistance in Tigray, Benshangul-Gumuz, Somali, Oromia, Gambella, and the SNNP Regional States.
The IRC had invited all eligible bidders technically competent and have valid license for current Ethiopian FY 2015/2023 for the supply of Complete Solar water pumping system supply and installation work at Jarati water treatment plant Afder zone, Somalia region, Ethiopia (Lot 1)
and supply and installation of solar system sets for domestic water supply provision of the community in Dawe Kachen Woreda, Bake Kora Kebele, Oromia Regional State, Ethiopia (Lot 2), on October 15, 2023- until October 30, 2023.
The Complete set of bidding documents in English for the material can be obtained from the IRC, Ethiopia Program Addis Ababa Office, Jackros to salite Mihret church road around Robera Coffee, sets Building 7th Floor during working hours from October 16, 2023, until October 30, 2023, at the address mentioned above. The prospective bidder should present his/her company’s name and sign to acknowledge receipt of the bid documents.
Bids should be submitted to the above address by 10:300 A.M. on October 30, 2023. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be re-opened by bidders and their representatives on October 30, 2023, at 11:00 A.m. The International Rescue Committee reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
