1. Job title: Chief Resources Officer
   1. Job summary

Under the general direction of the Chief Executive Officer, the Chief Resources Officer has a responsibility for formulating broad strategies and policies regarding resources, i.e., human resources, financial resources, material resources, information technology, asset formation, etc., and the coordination of these resources in order to create capabilities that will be the sources of competitive advantage for the company.

1. Job requirements
   1. Education: a minimum of bachelor’s degree from a recognized higher learning institution and preferably have diploma or advanced diploma in insurance from Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) or Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) or Life Office Management Association (LOMA).
   1. Experience: a minimum of 12 years’ experience in insurance, of which 4 years shall be in a managerial position in any one or more of core areas of general insurance operations.
   1. Salary and benefits: as per the Company’s salary scale and benefit packages.
2. Job title: Director, Legal Services Directorate
   1. Job summary

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Legal Services Director is responsible for providing legal services and guidance to the management and employees of the Company and represent the Company before courts of law, quasi-judicial organs, tribunals, and other adjudicatory bodies in order to safeguard the rights and interests of the Company from emerging legal issues and assist the Company in reviewing, analyzing, and contributing to the drafting and modification of various types of insurance policies, contracts, and other transactional legal documents, as well as the formulation, implementation, and/or amendment of Company policies.

• Job requirements

• Education: Bachelor of Laws degree from a recognized higher learning institution and preferably has a Master of Law (LLM) Degree.
  • Minimum experience: 10 years’ of relevant work experience, out of which 4 years shall be in a managerial position in legal services area or related.
  • Salary and benefits: as per the Company’s salary scale and benefit packages.
