The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), Representation Office in Ethiopia, Addis Ababa, wish to notify all the Contractors / Suppliers who were previously registered with and doing business with UNHCR as follows:
UNHCR has moved away from the traditional People Soft Business Management Software called MSRP, under which all its suppliers / contractors / vendors were registered previously, to a new software platform called Oracle Cloud – ERP. This migration took place effective September 2023.
With effect from June 2024, all UNHCR public tenders will be published / launched through C-ERP. All interested suppliers / contractors / vendors who wish to do business with UNHCR are therefore required to register themselves on this new C-ERP platform, where they can create supplier account / password and log-in to participate in the published tenders.
We therefore wish to notify and request all our esteemed suppliers to register themselves on this new platform through the below mentioned Portal:
