SAVE THE CHILDREN INTERNATIONAL (SCI, Ethiopia) the world’s leading independent non-profit organization for children intends to purchase 52 pieces of Motorbikes and currently seeking potential suppliers that can supply a high-quality standard Motorbikes that can serve in a rough road around different parts of the country.
And hereby invites potential suppliers to submit a sealed tender in accordance to the Service Details, Instruction to Bidders, and General Terms and Conditions of Purchase as described in bid document.

- Potential bidders may obtain the tender documents against payment of a non-refundable amount of ETB 200 from SCI offices in Addis Ababa Country office starting from August 14, 2024 up to August 31, 2024 during working hours.

Tenders submitted must be accompanied with:
- Renewed Valid Business License
- Company profile listing the bidders’ address, branches, structure, resources,…and other document as specified on the bid document.
- Declaration of acceptance to SCI’s statement of requirement, terms/conditions, and policies and etc
- Bid Security in the name of “Save the Children International” amounting to ETB 500,000.00 in the form of CPO or bank guarantee valid at least for 90 days from the date of tender submission. (Cash and insurance bond are not accepted)
Tenders must be submitted in sealed envelopes, separate technical and financial bids, bearing an official company seal, and clearly marked by the “bidders’ name, address, and the tender reference number and title as stated above. The tender must be submitted in the bid box prepared for the purpose at SCI offices in Addis Ababa Country office on September 02, 2024 on or before 2:00 PM.
Save the Children Procurement Committee will open the technical tender responses on September 02, 2024 at 03:00PM.
SCI reserves the right to accept or reject this bid, in partial, or in its entirety.
