  1. Job Title: Vice President – Customer Services

 Job Summary

The purposes of this job is to formulate and propose strategies and policies; to plan, direct, and coordinate the functions of Corporate and Institutional Banking Department, Personal and Business Banking Department, and Promotion and Public Relations Department and ensures their effective operations and achievement of strategy of the bank; to oversee the Corporate and Institutional Banking and Personal and Business Banking services and to ensure that they are performed in line with the NBE’s regulations and the banks own policies and procedures; and to promote the banks’ products and builds its images.

Educational Qualification Required:

  • MA/MBA/MSc in Marketing Management, Accounting and Finance, Management, Economics or in related Business fields.

Minimum Work Experience

  • 14 years of relevant Banking experience out of which 6 years as a Director.

 Job Summary

The purpose of this job is to plan, direct and coordinate the functions of the branch or banking unit; ensure its effective operations and achievement of the strategy of the bank and assigned banking center targets; oversee the day to day activities, deposit mobilization, processing of credit, trade service request and other retail banking services; ensures that the activities are performed in line with policies and procedures of the Bank and NBE directives.

The purpose of this job is to assists the Section Head in planning, organizing, and directing the operations of credit monitoring and follow up section; to monitor credit facilities and make strict follow-up on the repayment of loans and advances per the contractual agreement; to classify the loan status and produce different types of reports for internal and external users.

 Job Summary

The purpose of Risk management senior officer’s   job is to preparation of plan and report of the division; to  assesses, identify measures, monitor various potential and actual risks of the bank which might be associated with both internal and external factors; to review loan files of selected borrowers; to review and analyze risk exposure of credit portfolio and analyze credit portfolio diversification, its quality and growth  on the bases of different segments; prepares summary reports and recommends prudential measures.

The purpose of the job is to assist the Branding and Promotion team in the preparation of surveys, plans and budget; conduct desk and field surveys on brand performance, promotional effectiveness, competitors activities regularly; to assess and evaluate the brand image and customers’ media habits, preferences, perceptions and satisfactions about the Bank and its services; assist the team in coordinating exhibitions and trade fairs programs as deemed necessary to ultimately build the brand equity of the Bank.

Educational Qualification Required:

 BA in Marketing Management or in related fields.
