The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), Representation Office in Ethiopia, Addis Ababa, wish to notify all the Contractors / Suppliers who were previously registered with and doing business with UNHCR as follows:

UNHCR has moved away from the traditional People Soft Business Management Software called MSRP, under which all its suppliers / contractors / vendors were registered previously, to a new software platform called Oracle Cloud – ERP. This migration took place effective September 2023.

With effected date from 10th June 2024, all UNHCR public tenders were being published through C-ERP portal (Cloud Sign In (oraclecloud.com)). All interested suppliers / contractors / vendors who wish to do business with UNHCR are therefore required to register themselves on this new C-ERP platform (Supplier Registration (oraclecloud.com)), where they can self-register through the portal and bid.

To help suppliers on how to self-register and respond to tenders, UNHCR is planning to conduct an online training for all interested suppliers at the last week of October 2024, the training will focus on how to self-register on the UNHCR’s tender website and create user accounts and password and how to respond to tenders.

Therefore, interested suppliers who are willing to attend online training through Microsoft Teams are kindly requested to send their current and active/working email address to ETHADSMS@unhcr.org  before COB Monday 21 October 2024.

Please note that IT IS IMPORTANT that your company is registered with us to access UNHCR tenders, which will only be published online henceforth.

Thank you for your attention.
